Step 2 - Retrieve your Site Details from your Email

Your ExtraView 5-Free site address and its activation key are emailed to the address you provided in Step 1. Save the activation key from your email on your computer.

If you do not receive the key within one hour of registering, check your junk mail folder in case your email program placed it there. If you do not receive the email, or have any difficulty, please email ExtraView support, or call +1 831 461 7100.

Step 3 - Access and Activate your ExtraView 5-Free Cloud Site

Use your internet browser to navigate to the cloud address provided in the email sent to you. This address is exclusively for your company's use. Use the initial user ID and password in the email to sign on. During your very first access, you will be prompted to agree to the license agreement, and to upload the activation key saved in step 2. You must complete this step within 5 days of receiving your details, as the activation key expires after this time.
